My name is Tara Reck and I am the managing attorney at Reck Law | Casey & Casey – Workers’ Compensation Attorneys. I’m going to be hiring a new litigation attorney as well as a legal administrative assistant to help with the legal and administrative aspects of workers’ composition claims, respectively. Entry Level Administrative Assistant (Port Orchard office)

Growing Workers’ Compensation practice located in beautiful downtown Port Orchard seeks ambitious part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position with great potential to move up and take on more responsibilities based on performance. An ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong desire to help injured workers. You must be able to multi-task & problem solve in a professional manner and with a positive attitude. Most importantly, we strive to create a positive environment for all employees & want someone who will fit in well with our team. We work hard, but we like to have fun also.

Beginning Responsibilities include:
-Answering Phones in a professional manner & forwarding to the appropriate team member

– Part-Time – Ideally the schedule would be 10AM – 3PM Monday – Friday, however we are willing to be flexible on schedule for the right candidate

Job Type: Part-time with an option to move to full time in the future depending on performance

Entry Level Litigation Attorney (multiple locations/offices)

Unique opportunity to gain invaluable litigation experience in a busy and growing Workers’ Compensation practice. We have multiple Western Washington locations serving the Olympic Peninsula, and King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. In this position you will be directly mentored and supervised by an experienced workers’ compensation trial attorney. Ideal candidates must have ambition for excellence and success in litigation, and compassion for the injured workers we represent. Because this is an entry level position, no prior trial experience necessary. In this position you will obtain experience in motions practice, discovery, presentation of lay and expert witnesses including cross examination in an administrative hearing setting, as well as Superior Court bench and jury trials. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess strong legal writing skills, good problem solving and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.

We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a positive and supportive work environment. This is a full-time position, but we are willing to consider a flex schedule for the right candidate.
