
Tara Reck, Esq.
Mrs. Tara Reck is the managing attorney at Reck Law, PLLC. She graduated from the Seattle University School of Law in 2006 and has been practicing Workers’ Compensation law since she was an intern, dating back to 2005.
Mrs. Reck is a regular speaker in Workman’s Compensation seminars and continued legal education conferences (CLEs) for Workers’ Compensation attorneys. She received multiple Super-Lawyers and other awards for her work and her contribution and dedication to injured workers.
In her spare time, Mrs. Reck volunteers and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations in the Seattle area, with focus on helping children in need.

Charity Ramsey, Esq.
Mrs. Charity Ramsey is an associate attorney at Reck Law, PLLC. She graduated from Regent University School of Law in 2012.
Mrs. Ramsey comes to the field of worker’s compensation with an extensive history of standing up for people’s rights in difficult situations. Her experience includes working in immigration defense of unaccompanied minors, family law for survivors of domestic abuse, and eviction defense. Mrs. Ramsey grew up in Argentina and is natively bilingual in English and Spanish. Her Spanish-speaking clients know her as Caridad.
In her spare time Mrs. Ramsey loves playing board games with family and getting outdoors with her husband for camping, hiking, or a round of disc golf.

Jeffery Wheat, Counsel
Mr. Wheat was born and raised in Garland, TX and has been around the world twenty times. At age 22, he joined the Army and was stationed at Ft. Stewart, GA where he served as a combat medic in the 3rd Infantry Division.
Mr. Wheat obtained his first law degree from the University of South Africa in 2014. He has been practicing law since then, with focus on trial advocacy. In 2018, Mr. Wheat obtained his LLM degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
In his spare time, Mr. Wheat is passionate about Shakespeare, the Simpsons, and Linux.
