Tara Reck, Esq.
Mrs. Tara Reck is the managing attorney at Reck Law, PLLC and Casey & Casey, PS. Mrs. Reck graduated from the Seattle University School of Law in 2006 and has been practicing Workers’ Compensation law since she was an intern, dating back to 2005.
Mrs. Reck is a regular speaker in Workman’s Compensation seminars and continued legal education conferences (CLEs) for Workers’ Compensation attorneys. She received multiple Super-Lawyers and other awards for her work and her contribution and dedication to injured workers.
In her spare time, Mrs. Reck volunteers and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations in the Seattle area, with focus on helping children in need.
Carol Casey, Esq.
Mrs. Carol Casey graduated from Gonzaga University in 1985 and from the Seattle University School of Law in 1988 (formerly known as the the University of Puget Sound School of Law).
Mrs. Casey was admitted to practice law in Washington State in 1988. She has been practicing Workers’ Compensation law since that time.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Casey regularly represents injured workers in front of the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (BIIA), litigation in Superior Court and Washington State’s Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, as well as Federal Court.
Gerald Casey, Esq.
Mr. Gerald Casey has been practicing law since 1965. Early in his career Mr. Casey served as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) and gained significant experience working with government agencies.
Over time, Mr. Casey switched over to represent injured workers in 1979 and became a founding member of Casey & Casey, PS, one of the best Workman’s Compensation law firms in the state, in 1983. During his extensive legal career he helped hundreds of injured workers fight for their rights and secure medical and financial benefits under Washington State law.
Currently, Mr. Casey serves as an active advisor at Reck Law, PLLC and Casey & Casey, PS.
