As the Reck Law office manager, I handle all administrative aspects of the office. I oversee efficient business practices and procedures. Part of my job is to ensure that we process client benefits efficiently and appropriately. I’ve been working at Reck Law since 2018. I enjoy the end-to-end process of helping injured workers manage their L&I claims, while also ensuring our staff feel supported.

I believe that our workers’ compensation system here in Washington State is a necessary and critical safety net. Not only for work injury claimants but also for their families. I am very proud of the work we do at Reck Law to ensure injured workers are treated fairly. I also believe that a healthy and happy workplace is essential to employee satisfaction and retention. For that reason, I am proud of the supportive environment we’ve fostered at Reck Law.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with the office dog Bodhi. I also love taking care of the rest of our animals, and doing creative projects around the house.
